Andermatter Uploader is a private tool operated by the owner of the Andermatter YouTube channel.

1. Scope

The Application is used only by its owner to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own YouTube channel. It is not distributed and is not offered as a service.

2. Acceptable use

The owner uses the Application in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms and applicable law. The Application is not used to upload content that infringes copyrights, violates third-party rights, or is generated by AI in a way prohibited by those terms.

3. Content

All uploaded content is created, recorded and owned by the channel owner. Cover songs are published under the licensing rules that apply to cover content on YouTube.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The owner accepts that uploads may fail due to network or API errors.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the current version is published at this address.
